The Best Western Royal Beach Hotel is a large, 3-star Victorian seafront hotel which commands spectacular views across the Solent. We are currently working towards 4-star status and investors in people.
 
This privately owned hotel offers a wide range of facilities for weddings, banquets, conferences, seminars and special interest weekends. All our 124 spacious bedrooms are en suite and our clientele range from families, business people, tours, conference delegates and large parties.

We are looking to improve the overall quality of service provided by us and ultimately, to enhance employees' learning and performance to make the Royal Beach Hotel one of the top establishments in the area.

We are open for business all year round, 24 hours a day. We offer full time as well as part time positions, aiming to cover day, night, early morning and evening hours/shifts. We can be flexible with hours to suit your commitments/responsibilities.
